Guest Group Questions

◊What is the minimum size needed to bring a group for our retreat?
 -Typically 30 people.  This number can be smaller if there are other groups at camp.  

◊What is usually included in your weekend package rate?
 -You will get 2 nights, 5 meals, a meeting room, hot drinks, and unlimited use of all available activities.

◊Can I adjust anything to get a lower rate?
 -Yes.  You can stay for fewer meals or fewer nights.  Email Andy@llbc.org for other ways to get a lower rate.

 ◊How do you handle food allergies?
 -Our kitchen coordinator makes alternate meals to accommodate most food allergies, and in extreme cases where special food has to be sent and prepared–there is room in our coolers and staff who are willing to prepare the food.  Please Note:  We are NOT a gluten-free, dairy-free, or peanut-free facility.
